Workshops
Jeno

One-day and half-day workshops are ideal for people wishing to learn Tellington TTouch Training® techniques in order to help their own animals or animals in their care with a variety of issues, whether it be eliminating unwanted behaviour, improving performance, health and well-being or to aid recovery from injury or illness.

Lesleyann will be running Introductory and Follow-up TTouch workshops throughout 2011. Workshops are taught in an informal, fun and relaxed environment and places will be limited to a maximum of 10 to ensure you have enough time to learn and practice the TTouch techniques and get enough one-on-one time with the instructor.

The cost of attending a workshop is the same regardless of whether you attend with or without a dog. Participants attending without a dog will learn the same skills as those with one and there will be plenty of opportunity to work hands-on with other dogs on the day.

Lesleyann is available to run TTouch workshops in Cambridgeshire, South Yorkshire, and the surrounding areas, so if there is not a workshop in your area and you would like to host one please contact Lesleyann for further information.

Talks and demonstrations can be arranged for groups, clubs and organizations and Lesleyann gives workshops and talks to shelter staff and volunteers for free.

Forthcoming TTouch Workshops

Lesleyann will be running introductory TTouch workshops throughout 2011. Please check back regularly for details of forthcoming workshops. Alternatively subscribe to our newsletter and we will keep you informed of forthcoming TTouch workshops and events.

Hot and cold refreshments and biscuits will be provided throughout the day but participants will need to bring a packed lunch. A kettle and a microwave are available to heat up food.

Participants are given a detailed booklet of the techniques taught on the day, follow-up support is available via email and telephone after the workshop, and should a participant want one-to-one consultations with Lesleyann for their animal after the workshop they will be charged the follow-up consultation rate rather than the first session being charged at the initial consultation rate.

The suitability of dogs attending the workshop will be at Lesleyann’s discretion. Dogs should be able to be in an indoor space with other dogs and people, though if dogs are a little uneasy we can create barriers to make things easier for them. The comfort of the dogs throughout the day is paramount.

There are discounts for family members living within the same household who attend a workshop together and also for applicants who have previously attended a workshop with Lesleyann. Please get in touch for more details.

A deposit of 40% is needed to secure your place at a workshop when booking. This is non-refundable unless your place can be filled by another participant or Lesleyann cancels the workshop.
